In addition to technical information, we want to provide you with a sense of what motivates us here at Vitralum Glass Solutions. Of course, we are here to create a successful business, but we understand that success comes from building and nurturing strong relationships. We truly believe that success and happiness are linked to our relationships -- as family members, as co-workers, as clients, as vendors and as citizens. We believe that this company, at its core, is not about glass or frameless shower doors. We know that this company is all about people.
In fact, the most important resource we have here at Vitralum Glass Solutions is our people. Our administrative employees, sales representatives and technicians are highly skilled, and they abide by the Vitralum Glass Solutions standards of always aim to excellence. Among them we have students, college graduates ,engineers, people who have served as missionaries for their church, volunteers, an Eagle scout and a scoutmaster, soccer players and a soccer coach, a former professional boxer, musicians, artists, moms and dads -- they are all GREAT people. Together, they make an awesome team, for which we have great respect and many reasons to be proud.
Through many years of experience, we have become experts at our trade. However, we know there is always room for improvement. We believe that if we improve every day, a little bit at a time, we will be able to accomplish the many goals we have set as a company. One of these goals is to gain national recognition. To achieve this, we work relentlessly looking for ways to innovate, either through our manufacturing process or through the unique products we offer. We have made great progress in our efforts to achieve this goal, as evidenced by the consistent growth of our company; about every three years, we have had the need of moving into a larger venue because we have outgrown the previous location. Our current facility has combined showroom and warehouse spaces of 22,000 square feet. We welcome anyone interested to visit us, and tour our new facility to physically see the high quality products we offer and even experience the manufacturing process.
We know that in order to gain trust, we must be honest and transparent in everything we do. We will never compromise our integrity in order to take advantage of any situation. We have found that in the long term, honesty always pays off. Honoring truth is the only way to build trust and to foster a healthy work environment.
We have similarly learned that taking short cuts doesn’t help build a great company. We have to pay the price, we have to work hard, and we have to improve every day learning from our mistakes and finding creative and ethical ways to be more efficient. That's how we became the only glass company in greater Orlando, and even Central Florida, which installs and manufactures its glass in house; this simplifies production and gives us more control over what happens to your glass. Yes, it is more challenging to manage this process, but this is the type of challenge that has pushed us to become leaders in our trade.
